Payment Plans
Central Minnesota Orthodontics is committed to providing the highest quality orthodontic care available. A beautiful smile is an investment that can last a lifetime; therefore our office offers a variety of payment options that can be customized to fit into your financial budget.
Payment Options:

CMO Financing: Central MN Orthodontics offers an in-house interest free payment plan. (A down payment would be required and the remaining balance would be divided into monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments (this can vary depending on the length of treatment)).

Discounts: A discount is given on comprehensive treatments when the account is paid in full prior to treatment starting.

Credit Cards: Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
- Automatic Withdrawl: Central MN Orthodontics has the ability to debit your credit card, checking, or savings account on a monthly basis.
- CareCredit: This is an outside agency that offers extended payment plans (36 to 60 months). For more information about CareCredit or to complete a credit application, please call (800) 677-0718 or visit their website at www.carecredit.com.
Insurance
If you have insurance that includes orthodontic coverage, we would be happy to help determine the orthodontic coverage available for the treatment recommended.
As a service to our families, we will file all insurance claims, including predeterminations and continuation of treatment claims. If general orthodontic insurance benefits are paid out over the length of treatment, meaning if the coverage is lost or changed during treatment, benefits may terminate. If the insurance does not pay the full expected amount, you, as the subscriber, will be responsible for the unpaid balance.
